Shipping Policy

We do not charge for deliveries or installation on orders above AED 2000. 

We strive to deliver orders within 2-3 business days in UAE. On the rare occasion an order is late, our customer service team will be in contact.

Our team personally delivers all orders with our own team & trucks. If you have a cleared path and a ready space, our designers will help place and style your space with your Seraph Casa items.

All deliveries require a signature on delivery. Orders cannot be delivered without a representative on your side present to sign for the delivery.
