Shipping policy

We do not charge for deliveries or installation on orders above AED 2,000. 

We strive to deliver orders within 2-3 business days in UAE. On the rare occasion an order is late, our customer service team will be in contact.

We deliver orders to your door. If you provide a clear path and a designated space, our team will place your Seraph Casa items for you.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. A representative from your side must be present to confirm receipt of the item and sign for the delivery; otherwise, the order cannot be delivered.
