At Seraph Casa, each piece is crafted and prepared with great care, often produced in limited quantities or made to order. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

We encourage our clients to review product specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes carefully before completing their purchase. Our team remains available to assist with any questions prior to ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@seraphcasa.com, including photographs and a description of the issue.

Once reviewed, Seraph Casa will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

Repair of the item
Replacement of the item OR
Replacement of the affected component

Natural Material Variations

Many Seraph Casa pieces incorporate natural materials such as marble, wood, and stone. Variations in color, grain, veining, and texture are inherent to these materials and are considered part of their natural beauty. These variations are not regarded as defects and therefore do not qualify for return or replacement.
