Refund Policy

Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange voucher. Items must be in unused, unassembled and undamaged condition to be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted only if boxes, inserts, and all packaging materials accompany the return. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a 25% repackaging fee

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.

Bedding, linens, pillows, cushion covers, and other household textiles are considered final sale, and therefore cannot be returned. Gift Cards are final sale.

You may return your item(s) for a credit note directly to our office location.

Within UAE, for a 200 AED return collection fee, you can arrange for a driver to collect and return your item(s).
